Payment
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.A 3.75% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. Payment is due prior to or at pick-up.Cash, Zelle, debit payments are not subject to this fee
Outstanding balances not paid by the end of the business day may be subject to additional fees and future booking restrictions.
Pricing

Cancellation / Reschedule / No Show
We require a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed without proper notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total.Sundays and closed business days are not considered business hours.
Late Drop-Off
Appointments arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may be adjusted, rescheduled, or considered a no-show.
Late fees may apply when accommodations are made
Pick-Up
Pets must be picked up within 1 hour of notification that grooming is complete.Extended care or daycare fees may apply for late pick-ups.
Additional after-hours pick-up fees may apply for pets picked up outside normal business hours.
Rewash Policy
If a pet urinates, defecates, or soils themselves after grooming and requires additional bathing, drying, or cleaning, a rewash fee may apply.This fee is based on the amount of additional time and care required.
